For the past 20 years, Trista has led B2C and B2B research and human-centered design projects for US Bank, USAA, Amazon, Intel, Nationwide Insurance, the US Department of Veteran Services and many other organizations. She loves helping teams achieve their business goals by finding ways to delight customers.

Trista is also an artist, musician, dog mom and long-time cannabis enthusiast/advocate from Minnesota.
